  Well, I wish they had sold me the right toilet. They were so busy being amused and misogynistic, they didn't even do their job right. I asked repeatedly the night I bought it if it was comfort height. They sold me a toilet that was not at all of ADA height, but withing the range of standard height. If my husband hadn't heard them being rude to me on the phone the next morning, as most women do, I would have dismissed as my paranoia. And if I had been here when the plumber installed it, I would have told them to stop and returned the wrong one for the one I had asked for.

  I’ve been dealing with Webb for over 2 years now and I can’t say enough good things about this place. The guys at the counter are top notch, extremely professional, always helpful and they get what I need quickly. I would recommend them to anyone in the plumbing/HVAC business. Can’t find a better place or group of people to do business with.

  I’ve been using Webb for a few months now and I must say they are an incredible company. There customer service is excellent. I used Blackman for years and they blow them away. I’ve been dealing with Kevin Timmons and he is all over it. Helps me by tracking down parts etc and he has great knowledge of the business. Great company
