  I had the ducts cleaned in my new rental home and had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The technicians were very professional and explained the entire process. The price was clear from the beginning, and when the technicians found more registers than I was quoted for, they clearly explained the price increase. They were respectful of the other people working around the house. I would highly recommend Bluflame and will call them first if I need service.

  Would not buy any parts from them as you are unable to return. Purchased a furnace circuit board did not open the box or packaging it came in. Found out it wasn't the circuit board but a pressure switch I needed. Asked to return the circuit board and they said sorry about your luck, but hold on to it just in case it goes out even though the warranty only lasts a year. Thanks, now I have a $300 circuit board with, chances are no warranty if I ever have to use it. Will not return even in the most dire circumstancess.

  We are sorry about your situation, but we make our return policy abundantly clear before the purchase of a non-returnable part (gas & or electrical). We have very large, obvious signs at our counter, we give a verbal explanations and our paperwork states this too. There is no attempt to hide the no return policy, if anything we over state it. Quite frankly, I see no way you left here without being fully aware of it. The reasons are simple, we do not sell used parts and we do not loan parts.

  This post has nothing to do with the quality of service from this company, just the compassion of one of its drivers. A few years back I witnessed an older gentlemen walking down Sylvania Ave, in a downpour, carrying what looked like groceries. The man lost his footing and fell to the ground. A Bluflame van that was driving past immediately pulled over and the driver jumped out in the rain to check on the fallen person. I can only imagine how good he would treat a paying customer if he would stop to help a total stranger. Kudos to him.

  Tony, thank you for sharing your experience. Unfortunately, with all our trucks and the miles driven, we do witness some bad things. Sometimes I hear about them, sometimes I do not. This one is new. We love to hear these type stories, but we are not surprised. While we encourage our employees to help people in trouble, they are a great bunch of guys that do truly care about others and simply do it and then quietly go right back to their day. Thank you again for sharing.
