  Top rate customer service and communication. I’ve quoted others and used others but this is the team I use 100% for last few years. My Furnace replacement and AC unit upgrade was a excellent experience. Very quiet and improved efficiency. Thank you

  Service guy was ok did try to help. But after cleaning some of the furnace he gave up. Said the polit controler had failed and was no long a available. Then said the unit would need replaced for about $4,000 dollars as a guess. But he did not offer to replace the gas valve system with a newer model that would have save a retired disabled person a lot of money. Save money shop someone who is honest!

  We’re sorry to have given you bad news. The tech tried to get the furnace fired but the antiquated electronic ignition gas valve would not work. This particular control is not available. Replacing this furnace with a lower efficiency modern furnace was not a viable option due to the chimney work required to bring it up to code. Our prices are quite fair but I understand the sticker shock. Material costs have gone up considerably across the board. Again, I’m sorry that your experience with our company was disappointing.

  I would definitely use them again. Jeremy was very nice and very professional. First time I called, showed up the same day, did not have to wait.
