They came out to look at our system. Diagnosed that the condenser was not working. Advised they would need to order part. They said “don’t call us about it, we’ll call you when it gets here.” After a couple of days, we decided to call because that advice seemed rude. We found out that they had messed up on the paperwork to the claim. So, we went without a/c for the first week because they don’t know how to submit paperwork to the home warranty company. It has been almost 5 weeks since the initial diagnosis and they have not called us once. Every time we call, it either goes straight to voicemail or it rings and then goes to voicemail. We have had to spend the night at a hotel several times because it was too hot to stay at our own home. We have not spoken to a live person in 4 weeks. We expect a courtesy call to at least give us an update on the status of our claim.

A fantastic Company. I personally was involved with Russell, Tony, and Paul in the repair of my air conditioning. Their customer service and customer care were outstanding, second to none. First Class. Went the extra mile to make sure I had air conditioning as soon as possible. The type service I received was just like the old days, when people really cared about customers and proved it with the quality of their service. Russell drove an extra 100 miles to pick up a part and make sure my AC was fixed for the weekend. With 11 of us at the house, it meant more than I can put in words. I will be forever grateful. This is my AC team for life.

I had a great experience with Blizzard Air after having a bad experience with CTR Services. Blizzard saved me $625 CTR was going to charge for a repair that should have been covered by American Home Shield (AHS). After bringing out Blizzard for a second opinion the repair was fully covered by AHS as it should have been. Everyone I dealt with at Blizzard seemed to be good guys. Keep up the great work!
