  I had a Lennox air handler replaced with a Goodman air handler under a home owner warranty policy. After the installation was complete I started having extremely high electric bills. I called Alltek to report the problem and they said I needed to call the home warranty company and file another claim. I did, home warranty folk sent a different company to fix the problem. They found the wiring was completely wrong. A special device was needed to download software so the air handler can communicate with the thermostat. Apparently Alltek did not have this device and tried to wire around it. My electric bill is back to normal.

  Mr. Stephens thank you for your review sir. I will look into this issue and see what happened as there is not any special equipment required to program the board on your unit. This is normally done thru a app every tech has on his phone. Im sorry if our tech may have missed something and did not provide the service we strive to provide.   We had our ducts and vents cleaned after a huge renovation and couldn’t be more pleased with Alltek Services! I had to switch the days and they were very flexible. Great communication and answered all my questions. Also, very thorough and quick. We will definitely use them again in the future! Looking forward to having clean air circulation now!

  Brent explained that our unit was larger than the original unit. It needs another intake vent for additional air flow. He took steps to improve this problem. The noise has been eliminated. I highly recommend Alltek Services
