I absolutely hate going into this place. My fiance and I went in one afternoon looking for some lockouts. He knew what he was looking for and where to look. The owner of the place was in the same aisle as us helping a customer. The owner finished with the customer and ask us if we needed any help. We both said no we had it and we would make sure we wrote the price down. We'll the owner stands there in the aisle pretending to look at bolts and count bolts while we're looking and he was constantly side eyeing us. We found what we needed and walked to the front and low and behold guess who miraculously finished counting bolts. We pay for what we get and I refuse to go someplace that I am made to feel like he thinks we're thieves. I don't see how they keep customers when he does people that way.

This store sells Craftsman tools but will not honor Craftsmans lifetime guarantee unless you purchase them from their store. Really, last visit. I'll drive out of town vs going there.

Very helpful people. They do need to get stuff out of the isles and especially around the check out. Really messy.
