  My dryer was under warranty. The company wanted to use his service. The person called me a day earlier than the appointment wanting to come on over. I told him I was headed to work. I already scheduled a time for the following day. He said no worries he would be there and be through before 2. Next day I wait all day no word. I call they tell me there's no ticket for me and he didn't call me. He had no idea who I was. I told him he called me the day before that's how I had his number. He called me a liar. After 5 minutes on the phone with him being extremely rude he said oh we come by no one was there after 5 minutes of him claiming he never spoke to me the day before or that he did not have a ticket for me. I lost it. Do not use them. This guy has no clue what's going on. He's extremely rude.

  It took 3 weeks to repair a microwave. Owner doesn't seem to comprehend anything.
