  My family was experiencing soot coming from our chimney. We called Blaze and spoke to a very nice guy. He told us he hoped to be out In the AM, well by 810am the next morning they were! The tech guy, Matt( I believe was his nname)arrived. He was so super friendly and full of smiles. He took his time and explained everything to me. I cant recommend Matt and this company enough!!!

  Blaze is a unicorn of a business! They are made up of highly-skilled, knowledgable, and modern service providers that work across a wide array of mechanical solutions, yet somehow they retain that personal touch and provide attention-to-detail that is customized to each person/home/situation. They always showcase a passion to achieve the right and best solutions for their customers, and that is clearly evident in all aspects of the business, from ownership, to the office, to the field. They have helped us achieve perfect results with so many things over the last few years, from major heating and air conditioning projects to small/minor duct work and plumbing issues to consistent and reliable fuel delivery. They simply do everything in their power to help their community and do things right the first time whenever possible (and even when the request is outside of their purview, they'll point you in the best direction). 5 Stars is an understatement.

  Great customer service and quick response times. Our heater stopped working in the middle of a snow storm and Steve was at our house within the hour on a weekend evening. He was quick to diagnose and repair the problem. Over the years, he and the other technicians have been helpful, friendly and honest when doing routine maintenance and repairs.
