I have used Doylestown Air on a few occasions. They replaced my AC unit and were excellent- good price, on time and expert installation. No pressure- explained our options. Our unit was 25 years old so we opted for replacement. This week we had an issue with our heater (also 25+ years old). Contacted them first thing, and Doylestown Air had someone out that morning. Again, excellent service. The technician was polite, explained all the alternatives. Here we decided to fix and try to get a couple more years. One thing I like is they did not try to upsell us into an entire unit. Frankly, I have nothing but good things to say about Doylestown Air- true professionals. I like to support our local businesses and glad I did. I highly recommend them.

Doylestown Air was recommended to me by several people. They were prompt, professional, pleasant and clearly experts in their field. Kevin and the crew treated my house as if it was their own, answered all of my questions and cleaned up after the install. I couldn’t be happier and I am very happy I chose them to do the AC installation. I will be using them for all of my HVAC needs in the future!!

First, we were caught up in the COVID shutdown in March of 2020. Literally the day before our installation, all non essential business were forced to shut down. I received a courteous call from Doylestown Air and we agreed to schedule the install as soon as we could. My installation was not an emergency, but we wanted to support local business when they had lost so much new business. Late April I was offered the opportunity to schedule the install with their technicians maintaining distance, masks etc. We were still concerned and declined because we wanted to be able to be out of the home when the technicians were working. Doylestown Air was very understanding and accommodating. We agreed to schedule the install after we had a couple of 70 degree plus days in the forecast so my wife and I could be outside while the installation was performed. Fast forward to mid-May and we scheduled an installation. This is where it gets good (lol) I couldn't have been happier with the communication, workmanship, respect for my home and efficiency of the installation technicians and helper crew. From the quote, to the tedious scheduling and installation Doylestown Air has been first class. Now, after two months and a very hot July, the system's performance is exceeding my expectation as our home usually was always several degrees warmer on the second story but now is practically even. Don't know yet what the impact is on my utility bill, but I expect it to be not much, but a little better than before. Happy with my decision to go with Bryant and Doylestown Air. UPDATE Sept 2, 2020: I have had a chance to compare last year's cooling cost vs. this year. For comparable hot days we are seeing about a 23% reduction in our bill. This while using the AC almost every day and being home all day rather than setting back the thermostat while we were off to work. That is great news enough, but even more we are so happy with the evenness of cooling from upstairs to downstairs that we never experienced with the original equipment in our 26 years owning this home. Kudos too to Doylestown Air for sending me all the PECO rebate forms already mostly filled out. We received $550 in rebates from PECO with minimal hassle thanks to DA.
