  I recommend Blaze Air 100%. Thomas came out to evaluate and fix my parents' heating system. He was knowledgeable, professional, wore shoe covering, asked if needed to wear a mask. He kept us informed every step of the way. From the time I spoke with the receptionist to the service I received from Thomas, I cannot say enough.

  The service technician Nathan was very professional, patient, and thorough. He showed up timely at my house despite of the icy road condition to diagnose and address the heater issue. I signed up for their maintenance schedule because of the trust and his professionalism. I highly recommend Blaze Air.

  Blaze installed our geothermal system last year in our new house and it has been working great. Due to an alert related to the automatic controls system, it was discovered that a single control switch was set wrong during the initial start up last year, which only came to light during the recent cold weather. As soon as I called, they sent a tech out the same day to reset the switch at no cost to me, even though they had to drive 45 miles to get here. Their response is definitely appreciated since the system would eventually shut down on alert if nothing was done.
