I ordered a few small fittings, over a month later they contact me to say they don't have them, then the next day I tell them to cancel the order. Instead of cancelling the order they marked it shipped, but only shipped the parts they had. This is a terrible business model, custom service sent me three emails and in the end, did exactly what they where told not to. Don't order from here if you want what you actually ordered, let alone in a friendly or time conscious manner.

So I don’t know that I realized the part I needed was not on-hand and would be a while. (Delivering from manufacturer to Blackhawk-a part for my Aprilaire air filter) I inquired about cancelling the order, and Blackhawk was kind enough to cancel, and gracious every step of the way. Despite cancelling, the part accidentally was still sent to me, and even in the return of the part, service was great. When I need parts again, I will definitely order from here-you can tell they take pride in taking care of their customers!! Great service!

I received a new ultraviolet light for my AC unit. I had a question because the light was different from the one I was replacing. I spoke with Rachel in sales who couldn't have been more polite and helpful solving my issue. Great customer service!!!
