  We called our home warranty company due to our HVAC not working. We were assigned Black Dog Mechanical to service our York unit. Matt and Steve came out promptly from Black Dog to assess the issue and found that our unit needed to be replaced. They both were very professional, courteous, knowledgable, and had great communication skills. They worked directly with our home warranty company and arranged for the replacement unit of our HVAC system. Brandy stayed in touch with us by phone to keep us up to date and coordinate the install of our replacement unit upon the arrive. It was a great experience working with Black Dog Mechanicals. We plan to request their service again the next time we need help with our HVAC. Thank you for a great job.   Great great service, they will shot you straight with what needs to fixed fixed and provide results. They have worked on serval pieces of my equipment with exemplary results. I couldn't recommend them more strongly.

  I used Black Dog Mechanical in conjunction with my home warranty this summer when my AC stopped working. The warranty company set up the appointment, but Black Dog Mechanical did a fantastic job communicating when they would be at my house. The technician, Josh, showed up exactly when he said he would. Initially, he replaced an evaporator coil in my outdoor unit. I called back a few days later to tell them that it had stopped working again. Josh came back and replaced my condensation pump and a valve. I really enjoyed working with this company and would do it again in a heartbeat. Josh was super nice and professional. Brandy was prompt with communication and worked with me to save me some money for the second visit. I highly recommend this company for heating and AC repairs.
