Not acceptable! Just because you have a big fat giant truck expensive as all heck does not give you the right to take up handicap parking spaces. If this person is taking Short cuts like this — Makes people wonder the quality of work this person does.
Response from the owner
On behalf of Bill Hamilton Roofing, we thank you for your information. Under no circumstance do we condone this type of behavior, and we will address this with our employee.

We did a rerfoof in May 2017 and I am very glad I went with Bill Hamilton Roofing. The work is excellent. Our roof was complex and steep. Many roofers declined to even bid on the work. Bill Hamilton Roofing took on the job with confidence and did a nice job. By the way now and then you will see reviews of roofers that talk about project delays. I am THRILLED that Bill Hamilton Roofing would not schedule my re-roof until the weather was just right. I'd rather look at an old roof for a week than have it raining on my plywood.

I paid Bill Hamilton Roofing $20,300 for a new IB roof on my duplex. It was to incorporate a slight slope on the otherwise flat roof. When the rains came last February I could see a large pond had formed in one area where no slope had been installed. Bill did not answer phone calls, or letters written to address the problem. After I sent a demand letter he came and inspected the work (eight months after my initial letter.) He agreed to fix the problem at no cost. He said he'd put it at the top of his work list. He was very courteous. Then nothing happened. That was in October 2014. It is now late December 2014. Again I don't get answers to phone calls. More importantly Bill has not kept his word. There is a large pond on top of my roof. "It won't leak," he assures me. But he agrees that if a small hole appears, that entire pond will empty into the ceilings...
