  We noticed a leak coming from our ceiling at 10am this morning. We called EVERYONE but no one could help today. Better Service Inc didn’t hesitate to come help us today. By 2:30pm Brian was at our house and repairing our leak. He even cleaned up after himself. Very friendly, very knowledgeable! Will use them again and recommend them again. We can’t thank you enough!

  Excellent Service, very professional Dexter was really nice and did a great job. I definitely recommend this company. I give BETTER SERVICE INC 10 stars. My kitchen sink was clogged really bad and Dexter went that extra mile to get my sink back in working order. Now Easter Dinner is back on also thank you Kerri for getting someone out right away

  Edit: they are now indeed working with me to fix the tub, I have also removed the photos of the job the first plumber did, as they are not indicative of the final product (which is totally fine and good). --- I am finally wrapping up this shower project, but we did have Better Service Inc install the plumbing prior to tiling, etc. Initially Better Service sent one of their employees they claimed was a skilled plumber... turns out he was an HVAC technician that maybe had some knowledge of shower fixtures. I'll let the photos speak for themselves though. This was clearly unacceptable, I ended up having to do some minor fixes to the valves in my own shower (the valve you screw your shower head into was not braced at all, it just flopped over), but the guest shower (which is what the pictures are of) was completely untenable. Their employee sent these pictures of this job after he had "completed" it, and apparently they were fine with this until I called to tell them that this absolutely wouldn't work, and then there was the bathtub: it was full of debris, metal shavings, and new deep scratches - he did not cover his workspace. Eventually I managed to have them send a proper plumber to fix the installation issues, and that part seems to work for the moment. He was also supposed to 'fix' the huge amount of scratches left in the tub by the last employee. While his attempt was appreciated, the two-part epoxy from Home Depot cannot fix what was done (although he didn't even apply it correctly). I was told that they would 'work with me' to fix the tub and scratches they left me with, but that never happened, as I haven't heard from them again since the 2nd plumber did his work.
