  Bates Mechanical Service came to our rescue yesterday! Our furnace went out Sunday night (2 weeks after we had it serviced). We called out the same people who serviced it, who said it was the blower motor, would cost $900 and that we might as well buy a whole new furnace since we'd be halfway to the cost of one. Additionally, it might take 2-3 days to get the part....brrrr! Knowing Will Bates from the office, I called him immediately. He said that it would be under $500 and that they could get to us same day (even though they were already fully booked). They came out at 9:00pm and fixed our furnace for a grand total of $337.55!!!!

  Fast, friendly, and knowledgeable service with the best prices in the area. They really knocked it out of the ballpark in all areas with my central AC repair. Highly recommend!

  Had trouble with our new unit during a 7 degree day. Will told me about the emergency heat feature and some tips and tricks free of charge. Highly recommend!!
