  WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! Good points - someone called me on Friday to confirm what we wanted and to confirm the time. Two guys showed up at 0950 for the 1000 appt. Good stuff. They were polite, understood most of what I wanted, brought most of the correct vent parts are and cleaned up their mess. Bad points - when the men showed up they didn’t introduce themselves as the people coming to do the dryer vent, which I thought was odd. they didn’t bring the right tools (that’s what the lead guy told me). They used a straight saw blade to cut the wall, inside and out and not a circular saw blade that cuts the hole to the exact diameter. They made mistakes in cutting the inside wall, damaging it and did not repair it (they did admit they did this and said “sorry”). They tried to cut the outside tile by hand to make a circular cut and the result was they broke the tile, leaving only half of a circle on the outside wall and instead of repairing or finding a way to incorporate it into the outside wall, they just threw it all in the trash. When they said they were finished the vent outside of the house was not flush with the wall, leaving an inch gap and leaving the wall of the house exposed to the elements (because part of the tile was broken). There was no finishing work done inside the house and you could see from the inside to the outside of the house. The lead guy seemed surprised that I wanted the outside vent flush with the house. I asked if they were going to caulk the seams/gaps and they said “no, it’s not needed.” When they did drill and place screws the screws were only 3/8” and insufficient to hold the vent to the wall. In fact, the top two had already fallen out when I went to do my own repair; also, they only put in 3 and not 4 screws to hold the vent in place. When they did push the vent to the wall they did not readjust the flexible vent inside the house and didn’t not provide a duct to wall connector to make it look professional. I would give this service one star only because I cannot give it zero stars. It was totally slip shod, unprofessional and not worth the money given that I needed to spend even more to correct their mistakes, seal the house/wall and give it a finished look.

  I've used this company twice in the last 3 years (since I've owned my home). Each time has been great, very professional and highly knowledgeable. The first time was back in 2019 and my system looked like it had never been cleaned. After the first cleaning, my house smelled fresh and less dusty. Second time was just a regular maintenance cleaning, but we had some construction debris stuck in the vents from some recent work in a portion of our house. Each time, Ron showed up early, was very efficient, thorough, and cleaned up afterwards. They showed me the junk that came out of the system (yuck!). If you're looking for air duct cleaning, I would highly recommend this company.

  I was very impressed with this service. Very thorough, clean and professional. Did a much better job than my previous service. My allergies are so much better this year
