  As always, my tech turned up on time and was very professional, removing his shoes before coming inside! He also gave me some great advice on making sure I get the most out of my AC. I’m a repeat Benson Heating & Air Service customer. Scheduling is easy, rates are fair, technicians are good with appointment logistics communication and are on time and well qualified and helpful throughout the appointment. Give them a try!

  Jeff is absolutely terrific in servicing for and representing Benson Heating & Air Service. He is thorough in his assessment and work. He does a great job communicating the status of the systems and alerting if anything that may be needed in both short and long term service so there are no surprises later.   Our AC stopped working in the middle of the night. Called Benson Heating & Air Service early on a Friday morning, they sent out a tech, Jeff. He was very decent and executive in his job. I had to ask many questions before I was comfortable I understood the issue. I felt it was a good experience overall and trusted the recommendation and outcome. i highly recommend Benson Heating & Air Service and will use them again!
