  Gracious Mechanical came to my house to make an assessment and told me that the motor was not working properly in the ac unit and they would have to order a new motor with approval from my warranty company. After this visit I never heard from them again. They refused to respond to my calls or warranty company calls/emails. This is a terrible business practice considering they know my AC unit is not working and it needs a new motor. Sean called about 15 min after this review was posted. I know the request for the motor was sent to the warranty company but there seemed to be no follow through. One of the times after calling Gracious Mechanical and they did not answer I called my warranty company and they attempted to call Gracious Mechanical while I was on the phone with them with and AGAIN no answer. Now my warranty company is assigning a different company to the job since Gracious Mechanical refused to respond for over a week knowing that my AC unit was not working.

  Unfortunately your warranty company still has not authorized us to come to your home to do the work. The report was turned in. We understand your frustration but this is one of the negative downsides about dealing with the warranty company it a waiting game. Please remove the review since their is two sides to this story. Considering when the work order was assign to us we came to you immediately and that shows our number one priority is customer service considering league city Tx is 1 hour and a 35 min drive I think that in itself is definitely something you should take in to consideration. If you would have been outside the warranty the service would have got done the same or next day. Your warranty company is definitely the reason for the delay. We also are not local to the League’s City Tx area. We are in The woodlands. We have not received any emails from you by the way and the last time we spoke we told you that as soon as they authorized us to do the work we would get you on the schedule. Please contact your warranty company. Have them assign you a local company because you were the first customer that we did work for through them and we don’t like how the warranty company takes to long to authorize work especially for ac claims. Other warranty companies we do work for give onsite approvals unfortunately yours did not due to the cost of repairs is a lengthy process. Update: not only did we return your call the tech also called your phone multiple times and even on this past Saturday 5/1/2021 and went by your Home. You never answered your phone and no one was home we actually purchase the parts in good faith so that you and your family would not be without ac. The approval was actually just given today 5/4 . Maybe you should Check your log because I check my technician log and he contacted you multiple times on Saturday and got no response. The dispatch stated they provided the number of the tech.

  Gracious Mechanical HVAC is prompt and professional. After quoting me a reasonable price, the company completed a new install of a heating and air conditioning system in one and a half days. The employees worked from early in the mornings until dark. I was given a written guarantee for the parts and labor, which I promptly registered (the new parts) with the manufacturer. I look forward to contacting the company for my next installation. I highly recommend this business to everyone!

  A few months ago, Gracious Mechanical’s employees installed a new heating and air conditioning system to a new addition of our home. I was so pleased with the work, I called them to replace the old system in the original part of our home. This entailed removing all the old duct work, vents, gas furnace, and condensing unit and replacing them with new parts. As before, they were prompt, professional, and unwavering in their work. I did not believe they would be able to place ducts and vents where the roof and ceilings were so low. However, just in time for summer, Gracious Mechanical succeeded! Without hesitation, I highly recommend Gracious Mechanical HVAC and Refrigeration, LLC.
