  I have been working with Jeff @ Bell Heating and air conditioning for close to 20 years now. Just had a new A/C unit installed as the old unit was no longer cooling properly (installed by Bell almost 20 yrs ago). Great service, excellent and polite technician and they install only top brands. Prices are very competitive Nicole in the office is a pleasure to work with. Reason I went back after all these years and was reminded once again why they are excellent at their craft Keep up the good work !

  We called them to come because we had no hot water. They came on Saturday and told me I needed a part. They said they would contact me the next week. Nobody reached out to my landlord so I followed up. I spoke to Nicole. She said they would come Monday and never showed up. Called and spoke to Nicole against who said she doesn’t remember talking to me, after I explained she remembered. Then she said they will be out tomorrow from 3-5 and they never showed up again. These people are Unreliable and don’t cal if they can’t come. This is Unacceptable and you should not use this company.

  I had Bell install central air conditioning in my house - It just happened to be one of the hottest weeks of the year, and the guys worked through it in the attic. They were prompt in showing up when they said, and got everything up and running quickly. We did have a little issue during the install, but they resolved it and handled it very professionally. 5 Starts, Would recommend.
