I hired James Beebe to install a mini split unit in two bedrooms. He sold me and installed a Daiken mini split heater/ac for $4,500. He assured me that I had a warranty and that he would service the unit if I had any issues. About 3 months ago the units started leaking water inside the house when cooling. I tried reaching James by calling him, texting him and Facebook messenger over the course of 3 months with no response. I recently posted on his company’s Facebook asking if he was still in business, but my post was deleted and was still not given a response. I think it’s clear at this point he is ignoring me to prevent having to repair his botched installation. I am now going to have to hire a legitimate HVAC company to fix my issue after regretfully placing my trust in James Beebe.
