  EDIT I am happy to say our issues have been resolved. I now know that changes have been made and the results are far and above in their customer service and work. When JR learned about our complaints he immediately contacted me to determine how our issues could be resolved. He and D came out quickly, listened to us and determined the unit needed to be replaced. JR and D installed the new unit. They are both stand up contractors. Now, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company. Thank you JR and D or your professional work and your dedication to excellence. EDIT:.SAVE YOUR MONEY. HIRE SOMEONE THAT STANDS BY THEIR WORK AND WARRANTY. I WISH I HAD KNOWN WHAT I KNOW NOW. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEYVery professional, knowledgeable, on time and impressive.   Our Furnace stopped working a few hours before the Big Game. I called Eric Kjelshus Energy Heating and Cooling and they were onsite within an hour. They had the heat back on soon after getting here. After replacing a part and servicing the unit, our Furnace now works quieter and better than ever before. This was our second time using them. Top notch service and a reasonably priced. I would recommend to all!
