  I'm not sure I've ever had a smoother transaction with a contractor. Not only were they the lowest of my 3 estimates, the estimate was based on a furnace that was a higher quality brand and higher efficiency than the competition. Furnace and vent work was installed in a timely manner and it all looks like a clean smooth installation. I found the process to be honest and straight forward from start to finish.

  We have used this company multiple times to fix AC unit and a hot water heater. Let me first just say every time anyone would come over to our house they were incredibly rude. Seemed like they did not want to help in any way whatsoever, and just all the work was a huge inconvenience to them. First off with the AC… First time out we needed coolant. The guy got to our house said oh well I only have a pound and a half of coolant on me. So instead of going back to the shop to grab more just put in what he had. For a pound and a half of coolant he charged us near $500 dollars. A second time out we had issues with our coils freezing over. This time another guy came out told ours oh we can just turn off the ac unit let the coils unfreeze and then try turning it back on. He proceeded to turn off the system and the say oh well all of the water is now going to drop into your electronics below and could cause a problem. I looked at him like ok what are you going to do to fix this. His response was nothing we don’t do work with those electronics. After this basically just turning off our system we got charged $200. Two days later a new guy came back to turn our system back on and tried charging us another $100 dollars. At this point I refused to pay them anymore money. Do not use these people. They will scam you out off as much money as possible. Do the bare minimum work. And leave you with problems that they just don’t feel like fixing. We had another issue with a leaking hot water heater they installed that ruined all our drywall also but not even going to get into that story. Please avoid at all cost.

  Fantastic experience! Great service, price, installation, clean up and follow up. Brian was very candid, honest and upfront. I felt that he had my best interests in mind and genuinely cares about his customers. The work that his crews did regarding removal our old system and installation of a new Lennox HVAC system was first class.and professional. I highly recommend Beam Heating and A/C
