  The best! They sent a tech over right away. He was smart, friendly, and a true professional. Solved all our problems. Our AC and heat work perfectly now. Very glad I called them.

  Our 16+ year-old HVAC system reached the end of its life so we needed a completely new system. We got several quotes, and we chose BCE based on the quotes as well as the the overwhelming positive reviews in our neighborhood's sizable Facebook group. BCE was fantastic from beginning to end: best pricing of several quotes, fast responses, excellent communication, and always there when they said they would be. David, Erick, and Jose were all fantastic! When I had a question the evening after the installation the owner offered to come over right then to help. Then, they came back to address a few minor things following the install. If friends or family asked for a HVAC company recommendation in this area, BCE would be the one I would share!

  We've been using BCE's services for a couple of years now. They have always been very prompt, courteous, friendly, and professional. They always go the extra mile to make sure you have a good solution - instantly and long term. They are also very reasonably priced - much better than the local competition. They've recently replaced out whole-house HVAC system, which went very well! Honest recommendations for models/prices, and they took care of every detail. Highly recommended!
