  It's a Saturday. Hated to call but woke to cold house. Call returned shortly and service person, Brandon, was here within 3 hours. Courteous, clear, efficient. Provided info and options. Left heaters as parts need to be ordered. Brandon was great. We've been with Bayside for years and service today warranted it. Grateful.

  Your serviceman Brandon was great. Very polite, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Brandon went above and beyond in my opinion to insure my system was working properly before he left. He tested, retested and made any necessary tweaks needed to make sure my family woke up with heat. I will definately use your service again especially if your other employees are as great as Brandon.

  Brandon was great. He was polite, courteous (booties and masked), professional and quickly isolated and corrected the problem with my ductless wall furnace. Very knowledgeable about the various other systems Bayside offers (full furnaces, split systems, A/C, etc.). Would highly recommend his services from Bayside Comfort.
