  For the most part pleasant when speaking on the phone and in person, but absolutely lacks in the communication department. Waited a month for a quote and never received one. Unfortunate because our goal is to shop local and support businesses here vs going to a larger outfit for HVAC. Please start providing your customers with proactive updates instead of making them call every couple of weeks. And when they do call, please don't make them feel as if they are inconvenienceing you. Our time is valuable too.

  I could have bought a brand new furnace for what I was charged! I will never call them again and would never recommend them!!!! I wish I could give them no stars!
