  I highly recommend Bay Heating & Cooling for all of your HVAC needs. My unit was leaking, and since I live in a condo, I didn't want the leak to increase and affect the unit below. The receptionist made scheduling quick and easy. I received same day service, which is just the best! The service tech was on time, respectful, and professional. He was to the route of the problem in no time. He fixed my problem with what he had with him. No expensive fix required, and my leak has never come back. I couldn't ask for a better outcome. Payment was easy and efficient. Check them out!

  A Good Winter Check Up For Our HVAC Units Today!! I Highly Recommend Getting A Maintenance Plan For That Extra Piece Of Mind! Couldn’t Be Happier With The Service We Received With Bay Heating & Cooling From Scheduling The Appointment (Amy Was Such A Pleasure To Speak With) To The Friendliness Of Our Technician! I Will Gladly Recommend Them To Everyone!

  Horribly, horribly overpriced. $96 just to come out and "diagnose" another $96 to install a part (in total was here for 15 minutes) and $325 for a part that averages half of that. Will not recommend these guys unfortunately.
