  I would like to say Thank You to Ernesto Soria. He was very helpful and went above and beyond for us with a very fast turn-around time. My mother in law's water boiler went out and not only did he install the new one but he also helped us figure out it still was under warranty and personally called the company and registered the info on their website so we could get a new one with no additional cost. He also repaired her heater/AC and installed a new thermostat. Very reliable service. We will be going to him with any future plumbing needs and HVAC needs. I would give him a 10 star service review but they only have 5. He even took me to home depot in his work truck and gave me a jump cause my car battery died. I am beyond grateful for his help and his time thanks again.

  I could not be any happier with my experience choosing Bay Area Comfort HVAC. Ernesto was very professional and polite. He completed a thorough troubleshoot and was able to identify the equipment failures on my AC unit efficiently. Ernesto was also very honest and offered a tailored option for repairs. I would not hesitate to work with Ernesto in the future, he's definitely someone you can trust in the business.

  Ernesto installed 3 Mitsubishi mini splits In our bedrooms which provide a/c or heat. OMG they are so quiet and the a/c worked perfectly during our heat wave in Alameda. Ernesto and Rich were thorough and neat. They cleaned up each day and the final job was even complimented by the city inspector. I definitely recommend Bay Area Comfort HVAC!
