  The Tech, Herman, is capable. But frankly I expected more from the $100 service cost. My AC system is operating slightly below range. My expectation was that any shortcomings found during the inspection would be addressed. Instead, my home warranty company will get a report that the system is operating outside the normal range. Not very helpful. Perhaps it is a mis-understanding of what my home warranty program offers. I will not likely do this service again.

  My heat pump relay switch malfunction causing my condenser fan motor to burn out. Eco-Pro was the 2nd contractor my Home Warranty scheduled to answer my service ticket, because the first contractor canceled and I considered myself lucky, because I couldn't ask for a better HVAC contractor than Eco-Pro. Arturo, the service tech, answered the service ticket within 24hrs after scheduling the appointment with Eco-Pro. Arturo was professional, assessed the issues, and performed the needed repairs. He was thorough in explaining the issues with my heat pump unit. He even went and obtained a new motor saving the frustration of waiting for a part to be ordered and delivered during a cold spell in Sacramento the week my unit breaks down. Amazing customer service! Highly recommend.
