  I’ve used Basnett for years and the entire team is absolutely fantastic! From Robyn in the front office to Wayne for all my heating and plumbing services to Mike for my electrical services, they are top notch! They are timely, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and high quality. Their work is excellent. I have a complicated double boiler system and Wayne is a master at servicing it every year. He can handle any issue and leaves the work site cleaner than when he came. He’s also a pleasure to work with. I just started using their electrical services and Mike is absolutely fantastic. He hung a complicated, delicate chandelier beautifully and replaced several light fixtures and switches. His work is impeccable - precise and clean. He is a pleasure to work with and just as much of a perfectionist in his work as I am. I highly recommend Basnett! If you join the loyalty program, you save on the work and it pays over time if you use them multiple times over the year.

  I have had very good experience with all the employees at Basnett Plumbing. The office staff is helpful and responsive. The technicians have been professional, friendly, knowledgeable and will take the time to answer questions and teach you. They do a very thorough job with the maintenance of our appliances through their maintenance program . They are helpful in trying to find ways to save you money. I have confidence in the company.

  I've used Basnett for my water heater and a couple of valve replacements for outside spigots. The service was excellent and the work was done well. Technicians are friendly, supremely knowledgeable, explained what they were doing, and spotted problems that I wouldn't have noticed. In one case they noticed a faulty expansion tank that would have been an expensive emergency had it not been discovered. If you've had problems in the past with communication from service providers, you won't experience that here. Their office is great about scheduling appointments and communicating availability. The times I've used them they've contacted me and asked if it was OK to show up early.
