  Excellent service, professional and fast service. They checked my heat pump on a Wednesday and was installing the new one on monday. I highly recommend them.

  If I could give no stars I would. They were assigned to look at my washer by my home warranty company back on 7/19. I called to set up a time and had to leave a message on Anthony's voice mail. I never received a call back. I was about to have surgery so I tried to call to have them come during the week my husband was off. No call back then either. The warranty company tried repeatedly to contact them while I was on the phone with them. Just got the same voice-mail and no calls back.Then on AUGUST 16th. I called the warranty company and they finally got ahold of them while I was on the line. Said they'd be here " Thursday or Friday after lunch". I called Thurday AM to ask what time or day. Had to leave a voice-mail again. But as expected I received no call back and no one came.

  My AC went out and BASKETT'S was dispatched by American Homeshield. I was hesitant, due to a bad experience with American Homeshield. Basketts is Very professional. I felt really comfortable with them.. He repaired my heatpump, super nice guy, very honest and caring. I will NEVER use another repair company again. If you need anything Heat pump, AC related. Contact this company. If I could give ten stars I would! Thank you BASKETT'S REPAIR for being so AMAZING!
