Ed and his staff are amazing! He was very professional, polite, knowledgeable and communicated everything he intended to do to repair my heat pump. My unit is working better than ever. I highly recommend Johnson City Heating & Air!

I bought my Amana HVAC with gas furnace from a competitor. Over the past 2 years, I had the installer out to do the regular checks and again for repair when the heating unit would fail to come on for the temperature set. They could not find the problem and came up with alternative causes that did not make sense. I called Johnson City H&A when the unit went out again. They came out, ran an entire system check, found several issues including a failure to replace the old thermostat when the new unit was installed with updated wiring for the new circuit board which was resulting in the unit malfunctioning. Johnson City A&C corrected all the found issues. Would highly recommend.

Okay I have a short Christmas Story. Last night on Christmas Eve my heat went out. I called JCHA and Kelly picked up the phone even though she was about to sit down with family for a meal. Later that evening Ed called and said he would come out after Church and I said wait until Monday I have some small portable heaters but he insisted. I received a call around 9:30 Christmas Eve from Ed and he said that he was heading my way after going to the shop and picking up a van etc. He repaired my unit with great conversation and attitude. It was around 10:30 in the evening when he headed back across town to the shop and eventually back home. He even checked in by text to make sure the unit was working okay. This is a great example of first class customer service and going beyond the call of duty. Oh and by the way he wouldn’t let me pay for the service call because it was Christmas Eve!
