  Barnes Heating and Cooling were very easy to work with. Dionne is very friendly and answered the phone every time I called. I liked that I didn't have to wait for a return call. Their prices are more than fair. They finished the work in a very timely manor. My clients are very happy and that's what matters to me.

  They gave us a time & day they would be at our home, the service man called the morning of the service and was there on time. He did a couple of tests and fixed the problem. Very courteous and helpful with questions I had. Would call them again for for service.

  Barnes sent the nicest young man out to our house to access our A/C problem. He was awesome. He zeroed in on the problem and fixed it. Thank you Barnes for being there for us! We will definitely call you again if any further problems occur!!
