  This installer does NOT register anything and warranties are invalid. Other local companies register products upon install to make sure customers are covered, that's what customer service is all about. Buyer beware! He will not work with you when something goes wrong, just uses the situation to make more profit.

  I called them late one evening because I had gashed a hole in the side of my unit. They came out first thing the next morning and fixed it for me, which kept me from having to buy a whole new unit. I am extremely appreciative that they came out so quickly, then were very honest with me about my options and what problems they might run into. They could have told me it wasn’t fixable and sold me a unit instead, but they didn’t. They did a great job of fixing it and saving me a lot of money. I will never use anyone else!
