  DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY... I needed a condenser fan motor. I had all the information needed to get a replacement motor. This company does not allow retail sales, they are wholesale only to "their" customers. If you are a DIY try the other HVAC Supply House!!

  We are sorry that you had a bad experience but Arkansas law dictates that you must have a Contractors License. We are a wholesale supply house and follow the rules set forth by the state of Arkansas regarding sales of HVAC equipment.

  My son Walked in got the part for our AC unit and was out in 5 minutes...he said they were really nice...excellent customer service...!!! We will make this our new AC and Heating store ..!!!
