  We had Bob out tonight to do a free estimate and look at our ducts. I thought for sure they were filthy due to my constant dust struggle throughout the years and was just prepared to finally get them clean and deal with the cost. However, Bob inspected them all, showed us pictures, and told us that, honestly, they are are not bad and really do not need cleaning and it wouldn't help our problem. He even made sure we had the right sized unit and spoke to us about some other issues. I appreciate the honesty so much and really value integrity! Thank you for saving me from wasting money and for being so helpful. I will call this company for any issues I have in the future just for that integrity!

  We called Barineau Heating and Air because they actually installed the system in our new home. They repaired a problem very quickly and we decided to renew the service contract with them because of the quick and courteous service. We have had one maintenance checkup so far with new filter installed and on time service. We are very happy with Barineau's!

  Barineau came out, diagnosed and repaired a problem with a damaged duct in the attic. They explained exactly what was wrong, showed me photos and fixed it as promised. With my Total Comfort Service Plan, I can count on same-day service and never have to worry about overtime charges. Thanks for always being there.
