  I first used Balance Point Cooling and Heating for an emergency at home. No one answered their phones when I called other places. A friend recommended James at Balance Point and he was able to fit me in during a very busy time. I have since used Balance Point for several homes and two different businesses. Everything from simple maintenance to major repairs to full replacements. James truly is an expert and unlike others who simply try to replace everything to make a quick buck and pad the bills, James is fantastic at repairing what I already have when that is possible and that has saved me thousands over the years. Earned my business 100%!

  Called James who stated he would pencil us in for Tues, Thursday or Friday. On the phone got great impression of his knowledge. Unfortunately , we never heard from him again and he did not respond to our call after intial call. I thought he could have atleast called to let us know that he wouldnt be able to make it.

  I really appreciate the knowledge and customer service James provides as my Heating specialist. He converted my old boiler system that kept having breakdowns into a modern on-demand Navien system. James continues to deliver 5-star customer service that I highly recommend.
