  Communicated well and responded promptly. Instead of a custom ordered replacement part, he was willing to see if his universal part would fit our old unit. Luckily, it worked and he was able to get it installed so that we had a working AC unit again! He was professional, polite, and friendly. His truck was well stocked to address our needs immediately, thank God!

  Extremely aggressive driver, tailgated me (despite there being a line of traffic in front of us with no where to go), then tried to run me off the road on 2 consecutive merges, then passed me on the right shoulder and blocked traffic to get out of the car and threaten me
