  I want to give them 7,605 stars!! I was told I needed new heat pump by hvac company I have used for years and was given an estimate for new system of $7,700. I had two other local companies come for estimates. A friend of said call B&B. They were the fourth to come. Instead of giving me an estimate they fixed my problem for a $95 service charge. So I save $7,605 by calling B&B!!!!

  A/C went out and I was expecting the worst. Another HVAC company never even called me back. The technician, Charles came over at the scheduled time and had it up and running in like 10 minutes. Quick, friendly and explained the problem to me. Will be using these guys going forward.

  Great experience with this company. Next day service. Couldn’t be happier. The tech that was assigned the job was sick, so instead of them making a new appointment, the owner of the company (Shane) showed up! Impressive. Very knowledgeable and professional. Thank you B&B. You have our busines.
