  We moved into this old house in 2005. The previous owner had placed Bill Reid's business card in the furnace room in the basement with a note explaining why he recommended W.F. Reid. Whenever we experienced any heating or A/C issues, Bill Reid was the guy we called. He does impeccable work at realistic prices. I would never consider calling anyone else.

  Took Mr. Reid about half and hour to figure out what was wrong with our heat/AC system. He gave us an detailed estimate and his work crew arrived a few days later to take care of the repairs. The repairs were done quickly and (now) everything is fine.
