  I am thrilled to leave this review. Bob literally just fixed my garage freezer over the phone. I would have lost hundreds in wasted food and paid for someone to come out and fix it, but I was able to get it all sorted with him walking me through it. Patiently I might add as I'm running around the house frantically. What amazing customer service! I am almost crying in gratitude. Thanks Bob. :)

  My experience was excellent. Bob was knowledgeable and walked me through what was happening with my existing furnace. A part that burned out was going to cost half the price of a new furnace, so I went with a new furnace. It runs great, it's super quiet, and warms the house wonderfully. Bob installed it the same day and even came back on a Saturday to finish a little duct work. I had a really great experience and would recommend B&B to anyone. Bob is trustworthy, very pleasant, respectful of your house, and has years of experience.

  My experience with B&B Appliance and Refrigeration Service was excellent!! I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for either appliance repair or HVAC service/install. Bob completed an A/C and furnace install just last week that has made my home exceptionally comfortable and energy efficient. Due to the fact that my home is older, there were numerous electrical issues that needed some problem solving in order to get the newer equipment hooked up and ready to run. Bob worked several additional hours to make sure it was done correctly. He was pleasant to have in my home, cleaned up after his work, and even made a return visit a few days later, at no additional cost, to adjust a few wires on the compressor unit outside. I will most definitely be referring B&B Appliance and Refrigeration Service to those that I know and feel confident that Bob will do a great job!
