Tim was professional, patient and informative about the installation of my new air exchanger unit. He took his time on explaining how to properly run, clean and maintain the unit as well. He was respectful to my daycare business. He worked quickly, quietly, efficiently and cleaned up after himself. Their prices are also reasonable. I highly recommend them!

Tim the service provider was extremely professional, courteous, and on time. He very quickly assess the issue and fixed the problem in my heating system. My heat had been out for over 10 hours and he fixed it within one hour and it’s 14° outside. I would highly recommend authentic air heating and cooling.
