Been in this house a day and running into problems like roof leak and horrible bug problem. They made me wait a month to get this run down house that is not even safe for a dog to stay in. This is absolutely ridiculous. Do not move your family into these homes they are bug infested and run down. Maintenance is just a joke here.

Maintenance is very responsive and thorough. Today we had Mr. Derrin Ferguson stop by the house to work on a smoke detector. Before he left, he asked if we had any other issues, and was able to quickly fix our ice maker "on the fly." Very happy with the service. Mr. Ferguson is very personable and professional every time he works on our house.

I loved living on Laurel Bay!! Nothing but good experiences. I hated to leave! I loved our brick home. Loved the neighborhood. Any time I ever talked to someone in the housing office it was a great experience. Wanda was especially helpful during our move out process!! Our situation was very hectic and last minute, combined with the hurricane evacuation, and she worked with us and was very patient. I'm really going to miss living there.
