  We replaced our old unit and had duct work completed. Our experience with Carolina Air started with Bill Steele, Bill gave a variety of options and worked with us throughout the process. He came out to the house twice to go over everything and called me after the install to confirm everything went as planned. The technicians were prompt and completed the install on time. We chose Carolina Air because of their reputation and Bill was the only representative that offered a variety of options to include money saving options for us. We will continue to use Carolina Air and I will recommend them to others and I thank Bill and all of the staff at Carolina Air for taking care of my family with our new system. I purchased the infinity system 4ton 22 seer HVAC and it is by far the most quiet system I have ever heard. Thank You Danny and Ann Olivarri

  The Carolina Air representative, Matt, took the time to answer all of my questions. He also took the time to explain different options to my questions. He was very efficient, thorough, and polite. I would highly recommend them for your A/C needs.

  I have been customer for about 10 years. Carolina Air installed my AC system and have been taking care of the maintenance. Carolina Air is outstanding company to deal with. Bruce Parker (AC Specialist) has been taken care of the system Maintanance for years. He is professional, knowledgeable, friendly you can trust. It is my pleasure to strongly recommend Carolina Air.
