Nigel and his team are very easy to work with, communicative, and responsive when I had a question or issue. Their work is very professional, taking care not to damage my home in the process, and they cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. A minor issue from the install (not their fault) was addressed in a timely fashion as well. I recommend Ask for Cool as a quality contractor and would not hesitate to use them again myself, although I probably won't need to anytime soon as they did an excellent job with my new AC install so it should last a long time.

This company is the best! The best prices and service.  They were on time, polite and courteous, tidy, organized , very knowledgeable in their field, they all dress very professional and very considerate and approachable. They keep you well informed of the process and frankly after this experience with Nick, Nigel and Jr we feel like they are family. Very well organized business and the work they did was spectacular! Ask for Cool Air Conditioning went above and beyond all my expectations. I was having severe issues with my AC every month leaking into my return, thus causing a horrible mold and rot problem. Many other AC techs were telling me that my only options were extremely costly, not to mention, work intensive. Nigel immediately gave me a plan of action and knew how to fix this issue, with the least invasive way possible. I inherited a terrible AC installation when I bought my house 2 years ago, and have had nothing but problems. Nigel pretty much installed a brand new unit, or at least it seemed that way. Once he was done, my AC unit, return, and duct work looked like a brand new install. Extremely professional and amazing work ethic. I will never use another AC company ever again. 6/5 stars.

Our previous unit was too small for our house, which was driving up our electricity bill.  I had originally reached out to another company, but found them extremely rude and unprofessional.  I found Ask for Cool, and read most of the testimonials and wondered if the reviews were legitimate.  After having Nick evaluate the problem, we decided to go with them because of how nice and thorough they were.  The new unit installed exceeded our expectations!  Our electricity bill was cut in half immediately!
Nigel, Nick and crew did a phenomenal job with the installation!  We could’t be happier with the results and even more pleased we found Ask for Cool.    Thank you Nigel, Nick and everyone!
