  We thought it was a serious company. We decided to change our A/C coil which had a defect and was under warranty. We agree previously in the payment terms and amount. Today the technician came, disarmed the air, which was working, and detected that the tray that was replaced by them 2 months ago was broken. They told us we had to pay an additional $200 for that part that they installed previously and was defective. We did not agree and they decided not to do the job and told the technician to leave and left my A/C disarmed, not working and they did not want to put it as they found and left my house without A/C and told us to look other company. I attach photos and receipts as proof as how the left my home today, even they didn't pick up what they brought. Chris and Monica were very unprofessional and show that this company is an scam to customers. WE NEVER WILL DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND HIGHLY DON'T RECOMEND IT.

  Technician unlocked my thermostat in 5 secs and I was charged $215 dollars.. a ripe off. The person in the office never told me they don’t take checks and when I wrote a check they debited the money from my account and then cashed the check… $430 dollars!!!!!!! This is a case of trying to stick it to the customer because I wrote a check???? Dishonest as hell and then I called and now they are sending me a check because they realized it was duplicated. Bologna!!!!! This company didn’t have the decency to call and say “our apologies”…. Folks work hard for their money and you double charge me???? Crucial mistake

  Definitely worthy of the 5 Star rating in the Broward Top Picks record! Dan the Service Technician was extremely prompt, very polite and professional. He quickly determined the problem and fixed it fast! Even those in the office over the phone were so helpful and kind. I will be using Protocool for all my A/C needs in the future and making recommendations to all my family and friends. Thank you for a wonderful first experience with your company!
