  Great customer service. Kept informed about what they were doing. Showed me how to work new thermostat. Recommended the maintenance plan and when they would be coming out in the spring for next ck up. Quote for a new unit for my house. Made sure everything was working before left. Would definitely recommend Artie's

  Artie's replaced the heat pump and the duct work in my church. They did an awesome job, cleaned up after themselves and made sure everything looked and operated as it should. Very professional and courteous.

  Horrible experience, came out yesterday 2/2, as soon as the tech got there he was ready to leave. Did not stick around to make sure the heat was working. As soon as the tech left the heater stopped working. Called Arties numerous times before they closed, unable to get anyone and nobody returned my call. Now the city has frozen over roads are down, and my 78 year old mom is without heat stuck in her home because someone didn’t want to take the correct time to assess and fix the issue.
