I was happy to be approved for a payment plan through home depot but two yrs later they havent completed the job. None of the technicians understand how the whole system works. They do their one job and leave. I called 3x/ week for 9 mo and was told someone would call back when it was obvious they were blowing me off. Installed a new HVAC for 800 sq ft. It didnt cool the home so they came out 3 wks later & said ductwork is bad ( translation- I never needed a new hvac but needed new ductwork) Said they were unable to install new ductwork because under the house was too crowded to work. After another 6-8 phone calls they agreed to exchange for ductless which i was greatful for but said its 'illegal' to install in florida room so I lost AC in half the house ( I resale mobile homes and see them installed in fL rooms all the time so doubtful this is true) They were supposed to adjust my bill to reflect the exchange to a ductless 400 sq ft system ( one head) which they never did so am paying off 5 k still. 2 yrs later never installed the cover to protect the foam hose which is already being damaged by sun,rodents,heavy rain ect. Everytime i call to ask if the parts in yet they say they ' dont do repairs' which again is doubtful & inconsistent with website. By the way I wasnt asking for repair but to finish installation!!!!I stopped paying & now theyre suing me. Worst customer service experience ever.The only helpful person was the original sales agent but i guess in the end he sold me the wrong product. Why do they send a sales agent to assess the home instead of a technician in the first place?! Incompetent company.

Remember to read the fine prints Don’t trust them! The real quality of service happens after they get your money! We purchased a new unit from home depot only 2 years ago and had Ars rescue rooter install it: after the install the unit outside was very loud and shaking they told us is was normal and offered a warranty To ease our concern about the faulty merchandise telling us Not to worry that they will take care of it if anything went wrong with it. I guess we should have read the fine print. We expressed our dissatisfaction with the merchandise several times but we were always told it was fine. After a while the thermostat went bad and they charged us for the visit That was when we realized the warranty they sold us was not what we expected and it was gonna cost us too much money to try to get to the bottom of the other concerns. but yet again the technician told us that everything was good with the system that it was just a thermostat and explained how to take care of it we figured it was a brand new AC so we should be OK for a few more years With regular maintenance. WRONG Again we mention the system was never working properly since day one and they kept telling us it was good. but now they are telling us we need to replace the motor the part is covered by the warranty but we have to pay $1000 to get it replaced. After paying for a service visit. We try to call the company and now it’s all about fine prints. We spent our Hard earned money thousands of dollars trusting this company to have installed A working AC unit Only to Be told nothing they can do and try charge us a ridiculous amount of money for labor we should have not needed To spend if the merchandise quality was what was offered to begin with. Before you leave a positive feedback remember the real customer service is after they take your money.

Joseph and Jacob did an exceptional job on the install for my AC unit. Shawn your assessor /sales person was patient with all my questions and I am sorry to say I don’t remember the name of the initial repair tech for my old unit, but he was instrumental to Shawn coming the same day! All the gentlemen were professional and extremely polite. Thank you to everyone for a job well done! Wow!
