  In the coldest weather in January our furnace stopped working. I called Tom on a Saturday night and he came out on Sunday. He ordered a new furnace and had it installed quickly. I would highly recommend Arrowhead Heating and Cooling. They are professional, prompt and affordable. I will be utilizing their services in the future.

  Tom's crew did my furnace install this past year, they did a wonderful job. In recent days I have come into a minor maintenance issue, I called and Tom assured me they would get it taken care of quickly. I appreciate the good service. I will post an update after the maintenance is done! UPDATE- thermostat was fixed and everything is running well. Technicians were here first thing as promised!

  Unit iced over and called and they came out and advised on what to do until the weather warmed up. Came out when promised and unthawed rest of way. Fixed filter kit. Excellent service. They installed the unit in April and very pleased with their service, price and equipment. I would recommend them to anyone! Thanks again Tom and crew..
