Needing a new furnace for over 2 weeks now. In that time I've had to call them repeatedly to get them to just quote a price. Still waiting since Thursday for a call back.

Hi John, We regret that you feel like you did not receive excellent service however we were surprised by this review. You called us on Jan 27th to report you had no heat. In less than 2 hours we dispatched a technician and provided you with a diagnosis. The next day on January 28th we provided you with options for a Carrier furnace. On Feb 1st we provided you with more options for a Comfort Aire furnace. Our comfort advisor Nick also worked with you over the course of a few days to secure payment arrangements through two of our finance partners. Nick has tried to reach you by phone to inquire how you would like to proceed. We have not heard back from you. As of today we still have the equipment in stock and can install immediately if you decide to move forward. Please give us a call at your convenience.

Can not speak about their technical service, but as someone who does sales full time their customer service is left to be desired. I called around beginning of June. Went to my house told me they were going to get me numbers. Called them 3 times over a 3 week period. Never got back to me. Being a rental house I had to go with someone else to replace my furnace and A/C paid straight cash and it was done within a week.

The repairman man just played on his phone an tried to get up to but a new furnace instead of repair a simple switch had to contact Tolland in rushville to get the part an have it repaired
