This was the first time We had to use this Plumming company and we were blown away by the service, professionalism that Luis provided us. The work was done on time and in a timely manner, Armour kept us updated and informed on all matters of the work being performed. In my opinion Luis is a great employee and the way he goes about his business of doing and completing his work. Armour should be very proud of this employee. We now have a great plumbing company that we can depend on for service. Tony and Kim Jordan.

Dylan and PC were fantastic!! This is the 2nd time we've had Armor Plumbing assist us in repairs. The 1st time Dylan came out was to repair our septic system outside and put in new fill lines. This time it was a gas leak in my fireplace! I won't ask for another plumber to work on our home because Armor Plumbing has shown us fantastic customer service each time! Dylan and PC went above and beyond to make sure that not only was the gas leak fixed, but they even cleaned up the mess and made sure that our access point to turn the gas on and off was in a convenient location that's out of sight, inside of a cabinet, versus having to destroy our fireplace to repair the problem. I can't thank them enough for their fantastic service!

Had them come and replace the valves and faucets and change out the shower head and lever in the master The faucets all work great, but something occurred with the internals of the shower lever and we lost pressure and the ability to get hot water. I called in to request someone to come back out to check things out and the gentleman said he would relay my message and someone would call me back. After several days without response, I put in the same request through the website, and we're now at a week later with no response. I'm now having to find someone else to either finish or fix what they started because the follow up appointment is either something they didn't want to pay for, or not big enough of a job for them to bother with. I just moved into a 20 + year old home with original hot water/plumbing systems...they lost a guaranteed future customer.
